The room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise, making it ideal for our family. The decor was a bit dated, with some issues like a non-functioning locker that needed to be addressed regularly. We did experience some hiccups during breakfast. The initial staff interaction left much to be desired; a friendly greeting would have gone a long way. the housekeeping team was attentive and kind, which lightened the mood. The location is fantastic for exploring, and the pool area, while basic, held a good view. Wescott Plaza has the potential for a welcoming family vacation spot, but improvements in customer service could enhance the experience significantly.
